A dry white wine made from locally grown Bartlett and Bosc pears. The wine has a distinctive pear aroma and flavour with soft hints of citrus. It is a medium- bodied, balanced wine with refreshing acidity and a lingering finish. A dinner wine to serve with fish, poultry and cream sauces. Serve with cheeses Gruyere, Emmental, and Asiago.
