An off dry wine made with locally grown raspberries. A complex, layered wine with elegant raspberry flavour. A medium bodied, easy to drink wine. The refreshing acidity is balanced with a hint of sweetness. Serve with cheeses such as Monteray Jack, Camembert, mild Cheddar, and Jarlsberg. Or
with desserts such as chocolate, cheesecake, Angel Food cake, or fresh fruit tarts.
